One token equals one completed candidate application (including resume analysis and voice interview). Tokens are purchased in packs and never expire. You only use a token when a candidate actually completes the screening process.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There are no monthly fees, no "per-seat" charges, and no minimum usage requirements. You simply top up your tokens when you need them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online check payments through our payment partner, GreenByPhone. This allows you to pay directly from your business checking account with bank-level security—no credit card fees, no markups. For high-volume enterprise accounts, we can also set up monthly invoicing.
Can I try before I commit?
