AgencyTrust is part of Home Health Compliance LLC, the team behind HomeHealthBiz.com and the "Agency Compliance and Start‑Up Systems" used by more than 1,500 home health and home care agencies across all 50 states.
For over a decade, we've helped new and established agencies navigate licensing, surveys, and day‑to‑day compliance – not from the sidelines, but as former agency owners, administrators, consultants, nurses, and IT professionals who understand how agencies really operate.

Our Background
Home Health Compliance LLC and HomeHealthBiz.com grew out of a partnership between:
- A group of home health consultants providing startup and compliance services across the U.S., and
- An IT and data security team experienced in healthcare‑grade software.
Together we've:
- Designed 100% guaranteed agency compliance and start‑up systems used by agencies in all 50 states.
- Helped agencies pass initial and ongoing surveys, state licensure, Medicare certification, and accreditation.
- Continually updated tools and templates as regulations, survey expectations, and payer requirements evolved.
